Collection of Information:

Information You Provide to Us.

We do not currently collect information but may do so in the future. For example, we will collect information if, in the future, you are required to register for a eureka account in order to use all or portions of the Sites, or if you were to participate in any interactive features of the Sites, subscribe to a newsletter or email list, order or purchase (either for yourself or for another person) services made available through the Sites (collectively, the “Services”), communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information we may collect from you may include:

(a) Information, such as your name, email address, password, postal address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide;

(b) Transaction Information, such as information about the Services you purchase. If we accept online payments, we may also collect and store limited payment information from you, such as payment card type and expiration date and the last four digits of your payment card number; however, we do not collect or store full payment card numbers and all transactions are processed by our third party payment processor.

(c) Information About Others, such as the names and email addresses of other individuals when or invite others to visit the Sites or purchase Services.

(d) Other Information You Choose to Provide, such as when you participate in any promotional or interactive area of the Sites or when you request technical or customer support.

(e) Currently job applications, which may include collection of your resume, are submitted to and processed through our third party provider. This may change in the future.

Information We Collect Automatically.

When you access or use the Sites, the types of information we may automatically collect about you include:

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. We do not sell Services for purchase by children and all Services we sell are for purchase by adults only. We request that children under the age of 13 not download the Sites or submit any personal information through the Sites. If we are advised in writing that we have inadvertently received or collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, we will remove such information from our database.

Your California Privacy Rights.
